China correctly shows the rest of the world how to deal with "Evil Drug Dealers and Traffickers ! "

The Chinese government has shown the world how to deal with drug pushers by ignoring liberal bleating and executing convicted drug-smuggler Akmal Shaikh — a punishment which should be mandatory everywhere for that crime.

Mr Shaikh, who the media quite falsely claim to be a “British” man, was born in Pakistan in 1956. He moved to Britain in the 1960s and when he married a Hindu Indian, he insisted she convert to Islam before the marriage could take place.

Mr Shaikh and his family then lived in America during the 1980s (astonishing how Pakistani nationals appear to be able to glibly move between First World countries with no apparent immigration problems) but moved back to Britain when his estate agency went into bankruptcy.

He then started a minicab business in London but this also went insolvent.

Mr Shaikh was accused of sexual harassment by a former employee at the company, although it is unknown if this contributed to the insolvency.

He then divorced and moved to Poland, where he was resident before travelling to China to allegedly perform at a nightclub in Kyrgyzstan.

He was however arrested at Ürümqi Airport in September 2007 after a baggage search revealed he was carrying four kilograms (9 lb) of heroin. The Chinese criminal code provides the death penalty for smuggling heroin in quantities more than 50 grams (2 oz) and he was sentenced to death.

In his reaction, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said he was “appalled” by Mr Shaikh’s execution — a position which contrasts strongly with his lack of empathy for the hundreds of British lives lost as a result of his and the Tory-supported illegal and immoral wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In those wars, British servicemen and women have been murdered in the most horrendous ways: by being blown up, shot at with sniper rifles, killed by roadside bombs and in rare occasions, even tortured to death by Islamist fighters, some of whom come from Britain.

Mr Brown and the liberal elite seem more concerned however, about one drug-smuggling Pakistani in China then they do about the hundreds of British soldiers they have sent to die in their dirty wars, or even of the tens of thousands of British pensioners who have already died this winter because they are unable to pay their privatised and dramatically increased heating bills.

Once again, the Tory-Labour-Lib-Dem alliance and their media-cronies have demonstrated their total disregard for the interests of the indigenous population of Britain by placing more value on the life of a Third World criminal than on their own people.

The wheels of justice grind slowly, but grind they will, and one day this liberal elite will be called to account for their crimes against the British people.

New Labour are the real "Fascists and Nazi's ! " Here's the proof.

Ulrich Mühe playing East German Stasi Hauptmann Gerd Wiesler in the Oscar-winning The Lives of Others.

Telecom firms' fury at plan for 'Stasi' checks on every phone call and email.

Telecoms firms have accused the Government of acting like the East German Stasi over plans to force them to store the details of every phone call for at least a year.

Under the proposals, the details of every email sent and website visited will also be recorded to help the police and security services fight crime and terrorism.

But mobile phone companies have attacked the plans as a massive assault on privacy and warned it could be the first step towards a centralised ‘Big Brother’ database.

They have also told the Home Office that the scheme is deeply flawed.

The criticism of Britain’s growing ‘surveillance culture’ was made in a series of responses to an official consultation on the plans, which have been obtained by The Mail on Sunday.

T-Mobile said in its submission that it was a ‘particularly sensitive’ time as many people were commemorating the 20th anniversary of the protests that led to the collapse of ‘surveillance states in Eastern Europe.’

Martin Hopkins, head of data protection and disclosure, said: ‘It would be extremely ironic if we at T-Mobile (UK) Ltd had to acquire the surveillance functionality envisaged by the Consultation Document at the same time that our parent company, headquartered in Germany, was celebrating the 20th anniversary of the demise of the equivalent systems established by the Stasi in the federal states of the former East Germany.’

Equally trenchant was the response from Hutchinson 3G Uk Ltd, which read: ‘We take seriously the responsibility of safeguarding our customers’ information and data, and are unconvinced of the safeguards that the Government might make to protect against loss.’

The firm also said it had ‘substantial concerns’ over claims that public authorities would only be able to access data on a ‘case-by-case’ basis.
It is understood hundreds of public bodies and quangos may also be able to obtain information from the system.

‘It is our belief the safeguards listed in this consultation are incomplete and do not extend far enough,’ it added.

Orange and Vodafone were also highly critical.

Since October 2007, telecoms companies have been obliged to keep records for a year.
Under the new legislation, however, they will also be required to organise it better – for example, by grouping calls made by the same person.

Internet service providers have been required to hold records on emails and website visits since April.

Police and security services can already obtain such information if they are given permission by the courts.

The public will reimburse internet service providers and telecoms companies for the costs associated with storing the billions of records.

The activities of the Stasi, the former East Germany’s secret police, were memorably depicted in the Oscar-winning film The Lives Of Others, starring Ulrich Mühe. At the regime’s height, there were 200,000 agents and informers in a population of only 16million.

Britain's gone PC bonkers !

It is thought around 1.5m people play bingo in the UK every week.

A bingo caller has been advised to stop using phrases such as "two fat ladies" for fear of offending his audience.

John Sayers, who runs charity games in Sudbury, Suffolk, says he was told by a council clerk the traditional bingo call could upset some players.

Mr Sayers said no-one had complained before, but now players moaned his new numbers-only style was boring.

A town council spokeswoman said it was "sad" they had to give the advice but they had to be "politically correct".

The 75-year-old, a member of Sudbury Town Council and former town mayor, said the clerk advised him to cut the traditional comic calls in case the authority found itself facing legal action.

"The concern was that if there might be two large ladies in the audience when I said 'two fat ladies 88' or someone might think I was looking at their legs when I said 'legs 11'," he said.

"I was advised that someone might take offence and we could end up being taken to court."

A council spokeswoman told the East Anglian Daily Times: "In particular with John being a councillor we have to be politically correct."

She added: "It is very sad because it is part of the fun of bingo but unfortunately in today's society people take it literally."

Well here's my response to the above article " What a load of Bollocks ! "

Not very politically correct though is it.

No Election until May because "We would struggle to persuade thousands of our people to go out leafleting in the cold of February and early March."

Gordon Brown has firmly ruled out holding a snap General Election in March, his closest allies have revealed.

The PM had been under pressure to capitalise on new figures which are expected to show the British economy has emerged from the recession, by going to the polls on March 25.

Although the figures are not to due to be published until late January, Labour strategists are confident they will show the downturn is over.

But Mr Brown's key allies have disclosed a March election is "simply not going to happen."

They insist the PM is focusing his intention on May 6, which is "very much the favoured polling date."

Mr Brown has also called on ex-Cabinet minister David Blunkett to help Labour raise an election war chest of up to £20million for the campaign.

The pair will help spearhead a major internet fundraising campaign in the New Year as they fight to match the fortune pumped into the Tory machine by mega-rich backers such as billionaire businessman Lord Ashcroft.

Labour strategists say their battle plan is to raise as much cash as possible ahead of a May election.

One senior source said: "We would struggle to persuade thousands of our people to go out leafleting in the cold of February and early March."

"Everything is geared up towards an election in May. Most of the gossip about a March date was spread by David Cameron and the Tories in a failed attempt to destabilise us."

The latest possible date for a General Election is June 3.

Mr Brown will also start the New Year with a tour of key election battlegrounds in the south of England. He plans to summon his ministers to a regional Cabinet meeting in Exeter - one of the key seats the party needs to win at the next election.

Mr Brown also moved to dismiss rumours of any divisions between himself and Business Secretary Lord Mandelson.

A Downing Street spokesman said: "They speak to each other all the time. It's utter nonsense to suggest there's a rift between Gordon and Peter."

The High Street Banks cannot be allowed to continue to " rip off " the most vulnerable in society with excessive Bank Charges

The Office of Fair Trading's cowardly decision to drop its investigation into the extortionate overdraft charges made by major banks is extremely disappointing.

It is a blow for many millions of bank customers from the poorest and most vulnerable in our society.

As a nation and as individuals we have already been burdened with additional debt for many years to come by bailing out the Banks and Banksters who took reckless decisions with "our money" in order to earn vast bonuses.

Enough is Enough.

So what exactly do "Failed Asylum Seekers " have to do before this government will deport them ?

Amy Houston Aged 12

A failed asylum seeker who fled after knocking down and killing a 12-year-old girl has won his appeal to stay in Britain.

The family of Amy Houston, who was left dying under the wheels of Aso Mohammed Ibrahim's Rover car as she walked to the shops, have spoken of their disgust at the decision.

The Kurdish Iraqi was on bail and already disqualified from driving when he hit the schoolgirl.
Ibrahim, 32, who has never held a driving licence, was jailed for four months for driving while disqualified and failing to stop after an accident.

Now the father-of-two has won a court appeal against him being deported.

Amy's father Paul said: 'They may as well give passports out in lucky bags because that is all they are worth.

'I cannot believe the judge's decision and that he thinks it is right for him to stay here. Is he on another planet?'

Justice Secretary Jack Straw has pleaded to take the case to Home Secretary Alan Johnson in an attempt to force an appeal.

Mr Houston, 39, from Darwen in Lancashire, said:"'It was very difficult for me to go to the hearing and stand 10 feet away from the man who killed my daughter."

"If I thought he was genuinely sorry, I would have stood up in court and said I didn't want him to be taken away from his children."
"I know what it feels like to have your family broken up, but the fact that he has got to stay is an absolute travesty."
"It's the best Christmas present he could wish for and a terrible one for my family."

"Where is the justice in that?'

He added: "I will fight this decision for the rest of my life - or until he leaves the country. I owe Amy that much."

Weeks before killing Amy in November 2003, Ibrahim had been banned for nine months for driving while disqualified, without insurance and without a licence.

Amy Houston was outside her home when she was knocked down.

Ibrahim was approaching traffic calming measures when a boy ran across the road, and Amy followed running into the path of Ibrahim's car.

The youngster, who lived with her mother Joanne Cocker, had to be freed from underneath the vehicle by firefighters.

She was still trapped under the car when Ibrahim jumped out of the vehicle and ran off.

A police officer drove the ambulance to hospital so both paramedics could treat Amy but despite their efforts she died in hospital later that day.

After the accident Ibrahim confessed to a friend, who took him to a police station where he owned up.

Ibrahim, of Blackburn, had exhausted all his appeals to stay in Britain but was allowed to stay because Iraq was unsafe.

He has since married a British woman called Christina and now has two children.

In 2006, he was again convicted of driving while being disqualified.

Fourteen months ago he was taken to a deportation centre and UK Border Agency officials vowed they would try to deport him 'at the earliest opportunity'.

But he was later released on bail and an appeal against the deportation began on the grounds he had married a British woman and they had two children.

Mr Houston added: 'Why should he be allowed to walk free after what he has done?

'I need to carry on fighting because I don't want anyone else to find themselves in this position and I don't want anybody else's kid to get killed.

'He's just laughing at the British justice system. It is so wrong.

"Where is the justice for my Amy?"

The NHS is on the point of collapse and here's why you can never get an appointment when you need one !

The liberal lie that “immigration is good for the NHS” has been exposed once again with the news that the health service is on the point of collapse as one new immigrant patient registers for its services every minute — and you pay for it.

According to a report compiled by independent think tank Migrationwatch, immigrants are registering with a GP for free healthcare at a rate of more than one every minute.

The report showed that 605,000 people who arrived from overseas registered with a doctor in England and Wales last year. This was an increase of over 50 percent in just seven years.

In its report, Migrationwatch said that this places a “significant strain” on services and could force patients to wait longer for appointments and treatment.

In addition, the invasion is further exacerbating the already critical shortage of funds in many NHS trusts — one more example of the taxpaying British people being put last.

According to the report’s conclusions, made after a study of official data provided by NHS Trusts, 536,000 of the 605,000 new registrations were migrants, while the rest are likely to have been Britons returning from overseas.

In his commentary, Migrationwatch chairman Sir Andrew Green, said: “This amounts to an open door to primary care which can also lead to access to secondary care.

“The Government has been dithering while the NHS has been struggling to cope with the extra numbers resulting from mass immigration."

“In present financial circumstances it is surely obvious that we do not have the resources to cope with the extra ten million people now officially projected over the next 25 years — seven million as a result of immigration.”

The insanity of the situation is aggravated by the fact that there are currently no checks in place to determine if a patient is entitled to free healthcare or not.

Apparently doctors have discretion to register who they please, which, given the Hippocratic Oath which obliges them to help anybody, puts personnel in an impossible situation.

Dr Richard Fieldhouse, of The National Association of Sessional GPs, was quoted in the media as saying that many of the newly registered immigrants spoke little or no English which added to appointment times.

He said: “We have to draw diagrams. It takes probably 25 to 30 minutes. We want to do everything we can for them.”

Matthew Elliott, of the TaxPayers’ Alliance, was quoted as saying that it was “clearly unacceptable that someone who has paid for the NHS throughout their working life should face delays or queues as a result of recent immigration.”

According to a 2005 report in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, more than 84 hospitals in California have had to close after they were overwhelmed by illegal immigrants who used the services without contributing.

“The influx of illegal aliens has serious hidden medical consequences,” wrote Madeleine Pelner Cosman, author of the report.

Vulnerable Pensioners abandoned this Christmas by New Labour

PENSIONERS will get a paltry £10 Christmas bonus this year.

It is the SAME amount OAPs were paid when it was first launched in 1972.

Chancellor Alistair Darling was last night branded a Scrooge after slashing the annual sum - which was last year raised to £70.

The £10 Christmas bonus first introduced in 1972, under ex-Tory PM Ted Heath, would be worth about £98 at today's prices - TEN times more than this year's bonus.

That would also be worth more than the basic pension of £95.25 a week.

Added to the fact that New Labour intends to abolish attendance allowance and disability living allowance for the most vulnerable in our society affecting 114,000 people in Wales the £10 Christmas bonus comes as no surprise.

We should start paying the Christmas Bonus every year at it's true worth (£98.00 this year ) and continue to do so and it would be linked to inflation.

We should also shelve plans to abolish "Attendance allowance " and " Disability Living Allowance. "

New Labour is a disgrace and should be voted out.

Tory Shadow Cabinet to pay back £250,000 in " Fiddled Expenses."

Tory,Labour,Liberal or Plaid they are all a bunch of robbing, thieving, lying scum !

Source http://bnp.org.uk/2009/12/the-thieves-who-would-be-government-tory-shadow-cabinet-to-replay-250000-in-swindled-expenses/

The criminal gang of Tories masquerading as the Shadow Cabinet has now been ordered to collectively repay £250,000 in fraudulent “expenses” claimed out of the pockets of the long-suffering British taxpayer.

The latest estimate of the total amount of money swindled by the Tory leadership in the ongoing parliamentary expenses scandal was revealed after Shadow defence secretary Liam Fox was forced to pay back £7,984 in mortgage interest, repairs and council tax. His total repayment to the taxpayer now stands at £12,279.20.

Other Tories are to repay a further £24,800 in what has been described as “overpaid expenses claims,” (in plain English, money fraudulently claimed from the taxpayer) bringing the total repayments by the Shadow Cabinet to more than £70,000.

No less than 13 members of David Cameron’s shadow cabinet have paid back fraudulent expenses identified as “excessive” by Sir Thomas Legg’s audit of MPs’ allowances.

In total, that disgraceful party’s MPs have now paid back more than £250,000 in claims since the expenses scandal first became public.

Patrick McLoughlin, Tory Chief Whip, was asked to repay £4,058.54 covering cleaning bills and mortgage interest.

Caroline Spelman, the shadow Communities Secretary, was asked for an additional £2,167.51 for cleaning, utilities and telephone bills. She has now returned £2,635.

Andrew Mitchell, the shadow International Development Secretary, faced a demand for £2,673.33 he claimed towards council tax and mortgage interest.

The shadow Business Secretary, Kenneth Clarke, is returning £1,345 for cleaning bills after successfully disputing a demand to pay back £4,733 for gardening and cleaning.

Cheryl Gillan, the shadow Welsh Secretary, is paying back £1,884.23 in mortgage interest claims.

William Hague, the shadow Foreign Secretary, is returning £601.14 in mortgage interest.

Owen Patterson, the shadow Northern Ireland Secretary, is giving back £281.19 covering mortgage interest, council tax and repairs/maintenance. His total repayment as a result of the Legg investigation stands at £5,229.15.

Andrew Lansley, the shadow Health Secretary, is returning £877.56 for furniture, repairs and mortgage, taking his total repayment to

Meanwhile it has been reported that police investigating the abuse of parliamentary expenses have uncovered four cases that are so serious that they have been referred to prosecutors with the aim of criminal court cases.

The identities of the four parliamentarians, who come from both the House of Commons and the House of Lords, have not yet been revealed.

The Metropolitan Police said “a small number” of further cases were still being investigated.

There have been no arrests during the investigation, although some people have been interviewed under caution.

Thank you New Labour ! Unemployment rises and more youths than ever are out of work

YOUTH employment reached a record high yesterday as new figures showed the number of people without jobs in the UK has risen to its highest level in nearly 15 years.

Nearly 2.5m people are now out of work across the UK – an increase of 21,000 on the last quarter.

Of those, 9,000 are in Wales, representing 40,000 of the total.

Across Britain, the number of 16 to 24-year-olds out of work was 952,000 in the three months to October, a quarterly rise of 6,000 – and the highest figure since records began in 1992.

Total unemployment increased by 21,000 to 2.49m, the highest level since early 1995, although the quarterly rise was the smallest for 18 months. The UK’s unemployment rate has now reached a 13-year high of 7.9%.

The sad truth is that these figures show Wales is coping worse than the rest of the UK and in turn, the UK is coping worse than the rest of the world.

Unemployment among the under-24s is now running at more than 18%.

More than one in five working-age people are now economically inactive, including those who are claiming incapacity benefit.

The over-50s are also being hit hard by the recession, with many of those made redundant struggling to find new work.

The ONS data showed 620,000 people across the UK had been out of work for more than a year, the highest total since 1997.

Men in their 50s are being hit hard by the recession, with the number of long- term unemployed men over 50 nearly trebling over the past year.

Employers’ ageist attitudes mean many older workers simply aren’t getting the opportunities to return to employment, and research shows the longer it takes, the more unlikely it is they will ever get back to work.

An end to the working lives of men in their 50s will not only condemn them to an uncomfortable retirement, but will also deprive the recovering economy of their skills and experience, just when they are most needed.

700 Valium tablets destined for kids are seized by police. Only the BNP has a Zero Tolerance Policy on drugs !

POLICE have swooped in the Afan Valley following fears that drugs were being dealt to youngsters.

The operation in Cymmer resulted in about 700 Valium tablets being seized.

It also led to a 26-year-old man being arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs. He is currently on police bail pending further investigation.

A police spokesman said there had been concern about the supply and use of Valium in the area.
"Police have carried out a number of search warrants across Port Talbot," he added.

The spokesman confirmed that around 700 blue tablets — believed to be Valium — as well as cash and drugs paraphernalia were also recovered during the operation.

Detective Inspector Dave Wright, of the Neath Port Talbot Police pro-active team, said they had acted on information from the public.

"Since we appealed to the public regarding the supply of Valium, we have received a lot of information from residents who are concerned," he said.

Mr Wright added: "We are concerned at the number of individuals, especially youngsters, who have been brought into police custody for committing criminal offences who show serious effects of taking drugs."

He said that after taking these tablets, the young people could not remember where they had been or what they had done from one day to the next.

"In some cases they are completely unaware of what criminal acts they have committed," he said.

Neighbourhood Sergeant Cheryl Griffiths said the communities of the Afan Valley were 100 per cent behind the drug crackdown. ( And so am ,Kevin )

"The origin and make-up of the Valium is not known and therefore those who are taking it are putting themselves at risk of serious ill health or even death," she said.

"I would ask parents to look out for any unusual or incoherent behaviour and to contact the police should they have any concerns."

Anyone with information should contact Neath Port Talbot Police on 01639 634300 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Suspected terrorist-linked cell checked out Bridgend shopping centre

A SUSPECTED al-Qaida-inspired cell were caught red-handed checking out potential terrorist targets, including a Bridgend shopping centre, police said today.

Senior officers said the Algerian gang might have been employed to prepare the ground for an atrocity.
City of London Police released chilling footage recorded on one man's mobile phone as he travelled around London.

It showed the man examining Oxford Circus, Mornington Crescent and Camden Town Tube stations.

Extensive footage was also recorded at Liverpool Street railway station and at the Broadgate Circle shopping and restaurant plaza.

Police inquiries later revealed the gang also visited shopping centres in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, Bluewater in Kent and Bridgend.

Five men were arrested in a series of raids in July last year after one man was caught filming and acting suspiciously at Liverpool Street.

Two men were subsequently convicted of a huge mobile phone and luxury goods fraud racket and deported after serving prison sentences.

The footage was released today in response to a surge of criticism of police for stopping and searching people taking photographs at tourist hotspots.

It had been claimed police were misusing terrorism legislation to target tourists, photographers and the media in general in busy public places.

Detective Superintendent Chris Greany, head of counter-terrorism at City of London Police, said the men might have been a fundraising and research arm of an al Qaida-linked group in North Africa.

He said the seized footage was now used to train police and community support officers across England and Wales about the signs of potential terrorist activity.

Mr Greany said: "Hostile reconnaissance footage is a tradable commodity within terrorist circles.
"The actual attack team do not have to expose themselves to the risk of being disrupted."

"We want to set a balance between the challenges of policing and legitimate photography by tourists and the media."

The senior officer added that he would rather be explaining the intrusive tactic of stop and search than explaining how terrorist preparations went unnoticed.

Mr Greany added: "All this activity took place just before they went back to Algeria, so a reasonable assumption is there has been some tasking and they are taking it back.

"Why would you film yourself taking a photograph unless you had to show someone you were doing it?

"Maybe there was a payment from someone who wanted it."

Assistant Commissioner Frank Armstrong said preventing terrorism remained one of the top priorities for all police forces.

He said: "One of our main priorities is clearly counter-terrorism.

"We train our officers and encourage them to do a lot of stop and search.
"But I would argue we have got the politest police force in the country."

South African Terrorist Peter Hain tops local league of MP expenses claims and Hywel Francis claims £835 for repairs to his bathroom at our expense

Where's the £103,000 in donation money gone Peter? We are still waiting for your answer.

The following is taken from http://www.thisissouthwales.co.uk/southwalesnews/Peter-Hain-tops-local-league-MP-expenses-claims/article-1599660-detail/article.html

THE latest details of second home claims made by South Wales's MPs were published at Westminster yesterday.

The documents released online mainly covered the period before May this year, when a national newspaper published details of previous claims that sparked public outrage.

Among the highest local claimers in the last financial year was Neath MP and Welsh Secretary Peter Hain, who claimed £22,175 last year.

He spent thousands of pounds on heating oil for his constituency home, as well as £125 for servicing and repair of his Aga. Mr Hain's claims also included occasional window cleaning bills, and £28 to fell two dangerous trees.

A spokesman for Mr Hain said: "These matters were all properly receipted."

Aberavon MP Hywel Francis claimed the maximum allowance of £24,006 to run a second home in Westminster.
Dr Francis's mortgage interest payments were £1,262 a month, and he also made a claim of £835 for repair work carried out in his bathroom.( Not mentioned in the article is that he also claimed £100 for food and £9 for drycleaning ! )

All of the claims were made within existing Commons rules.

Llanelli MP Nia Griffith made regular claims of about £900 for the mortgage on her London home.

Swansea East MP Sian James claimed £18,063. Typical claims included £1,200 in rent.
Carmarthen East and Dinefwr MP Adam Price claimed a total of £16,609, including mortgage interest on his London property.

Mr Price said: "Embarrassing and painful as this year has been for politics and politicians, I think it's been a necessary lancing of the boil."

Gower MP Martin Caton claimed £8,404 last financial year, while Swansea West MP Alan Williams claimed only £5,074.
End
"Within the rules" in my opinion is no excuse. Morally they stink !
Francis and Hain like all the rest are out to make as much as they can for themselves while their constiuencies lie in tatters thanks to New Labours financial mismanagement.

They make me sick. Shame on all of them !

Bob Geldof accuses 'barbaric' family courts of 'kidnapping children

Bob Geldof today accused the secretive family courts of 'state-sanctioned kidnap.'

The pop star turned campaigner said the 'barbaric' family law system wrecked the lives of children and their families.

He spoke as he launched a report that severely criticised the way family courts deal with cases - particularly in which one separated parent wants to move far away from where the other lives, taking the children with them.

It said that most decisions in such cases - which are conducted behind closed doors and never become known to the public - cause children harm.

Mr Geldof said: 'In the near future the family law under which we endure will be seen as barbaric, criminally damaging, abusive, neglectful; harmful to society, the family, the parents and the children in whose name it purports to act.

'Here is one more report that empirically nails the obvious fact that to remove a child from their father (in the hugely vast majority of cases), their grandparents and other family, their school and friends, is wholly destructive to a child and its family.

'How much longer must we put up with the state sanctioned kidnap of our most vulnerable?

Because in effect that's what "leave to remove" amounts to.'

The singer's protest comes at a time of growing controversy over the workings of the family courts, which have been repeatedly blamed by fathers' groups in recent years for favouring mothers and shutting separated fathers out of their children's lives.

ANGER AS BENEFITS TO ELDERLY ARE CUT

Source
http://express.lineone.net/posts/view/144371/Anger-as-benefits-to-elderly-are-cut

GORDON BROWN is facing a fresh backbench revolt over Labour plans to axe benefits for frail pensioners to pay for flagship care reform.

Thirty-five Labour MPs have signed a Commons motion calling on him not to scrap two disability benefits for the over-65s. With another 55 MPs from other parties backing the move the Government could face defeat this week.

The move comes just days after the Prime Minister was forced into an embarrassing U-turn over his plans to axe childcare vouchers for thousands of working parents in the face of a backbench rebellion.

Rebels fear plans to give free social care at home to 400,000 frail pensioners could rob a further 2.4 million pensioners of an average of £3,400 a year.

Scrapping attendance allowance and disability living allowance would save £8billion which would help pay for the new care package contained in the Personal Care At Home Bill. But Labour MPs are worried by a flood of letters in protest over the benefits cuts and more than 23,000 people have already signed a Downing Street petition urging Ministers to safeguard the allowances.

Shadow Work and Pensions Minister Mark Harper said: “We clearly have another rebellion brewing in the Labour party. This shows the deep level of dissatisfaction among Labour MPs with the half-baked policies of Gordon Brown.

“Labour’s obsession with headline chasing announcements means they consistently punish the poorest members of our society with policies made on the hoof.”

Attendance allowance, paid only to over-65s, is claimed by 1.6 million and is worth an average of £60 a week. A further 800,000 receive an average £75 a week in disability living allowance.

Typical New Labour.

Billions of pounds for corrupt overseas countries through Foreign Aid.
Pennies for the most vulnerable in our own country.

Had enough ?

Then Vote BNP !

Call to give cancer sufferers fuel bill help falls on "Deaf Ears" of this corrupt New Labour Government

The UK's refusal to extend the winter fuel allowance for people with chronic illnesses is "absolutely outrageous", a leading cancer specialist has said.

Professor Karol Sikora said sufferers facing spiralling winter fuel bills should be given urgent help.

He said patients need to keep warm to get better.

The government says its disability living allowance aims to meet year-round costs and is more generous than the winter fuel allowance.

However, critics say many cancer patients do not qualify for this benefit.

Mr Sikora, whose organisation Cancer Partners UK runs independent cancer centres, said: "You feel much colder with some chemotherapy.
"It's absolutely outrageous that cancer sufferers on treatment go home to sit in the cold for hours on end."
"We have got to do something about it and we have to do something now."

Up to 400,000 need urgent help with their fuel bills, according to the charity Macmillan Cancer Support.

Head of policy and campaigns, Michael Hobday, said: "It's important in a civilised society that the country looks after those people who're in the greatest need.

"Cancer patients undergoing treatment are twice as likely to be in fuel poverty as the rest of the population."

Fuel poverty is defined as those who spend more than 10% of their household income on heating their homes. ( There are over 5,000,000 people in our country currently suffering from Fuel Poverty - Kevin .)

The charity wants all terminally ill patients and those on some benefits to automatically qualify for the winter fuel allowance and be charged less for their energy use.

But the government has said it has no plans to extend the winter fuel payments, which are annual tax-free sums paid to people aged 60 or over.

Julian Rutter, from Crystal Palace, south-east London, had to give up his recycling business after undergoing emergency surgery for cancer of the small intestine in October last year.

"At home, I have had the heating on from early in the morning to late evening. I'm feeling the cold an awful lot more than I used to," he said.

However, he does not qualify for state disability living allowance or winter fuel payments and energy companies provide no assistance because his partner earns more than the £15,000 annual threshold.

Mr Rutter told the BBC he felt "persecuted" as a result of the lack of financial support.

Corus jobs 'not at risk' in Port Talbot after Teesside closure. Let's wait and see !

JOBS at Port Talbot's Corus plant are not at risk despite Tata's decision to mothball its Teesside Cast Products factory.

The development, which has been labelled disastrous by Community Union, means 1,700 workers in Teesside face the axe.

However, a spokesman for Corus in Port Talbot told the Post: "There is no effect on Port Talbot whatsoever and no similar or parallel announcements in Port Talbot."

The spokesman explained the plants served different markets.

"It is a different business with its own specific challenges," he said.

Planned Jihad in Australia. At least the Australian Press is not afraid to report the truth

It does not matter which hemisphere you are in, you can always count on the moslems to behave like moslems and employ their much favoured "Asian Pack Attack".

So all you wannabee Aussies thinking about emigrating to escape the planned " Colonisation" of our country forget it.

The moslems are down under as well, so you might as well stay and fight here.

At least the Australian Press are not too "Politically Correct" to report the truth to their citizens.

Shame our cowardly, state controlled press are !

While 1.8 million families remain on the Housing Waiting List a former asylum seeker lives in a £1.5 million home at our expense !

After almost a year since it was revealed that Toorpakai Saeidi, an Afghan immigrant mother of seven was living in a £1.2 million mansion and claiming £175,000 in benefits every year, the news has come that a Somali, Nasra Warsame and seven of her children are living in a luxurious £1.5 million home — also courtesy of the British taxpayer.

Ms Warsame’s luxurious home comes with five storeys, six bedrooms with balconies, three sitting rooms, four bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. It also sports a huge flat screen TV, designer furniture and wall length wardrobes.

All this costs you the British taxpayer £1600 a week.

Even though the home has six bedrooms, it still isn’t enough. Ms Warsame’s husband and eighth child live in a separate 2 bedroom apartment, also in London.

Meanwhile in the same week mother of two, Stephanie Lewnes her seven-year-old son Cameron and five-month-old daughter Lilly, were quite surprised when Dudley council finally handed keys to her new council home – only to be greeted by live wires hanging from the roof, boarded up windows with glass and piles of rubbish in the garden.

The contrast between these two stories shows just how much regard the liberal elite have for young British mothers like Stephanie Lewnes compared to Somalian families like the Warsames.

This comparison only proves that immigrants are indeed given priority on the housing waiting list.

British families find themselves put to the back of the housing list, simply because immigrants are fast tracked because they often have large families and are therefore given priority.

With projections that the population will grow by 9,3 million in the next 30 years to over 70 million, it’s highly unlikely that smaller British families will be getting council homes any time soon.

Figures have shown since Labour took power, council waiting lists in London have gone up by 87 percent and 95 percent in the South East. Nationally the council waiting lists have gone up by over 50 percent.

However, when faced with these figures it’s reassuring to know that the Home Secretary Alan Johnson stated in June, “I do not lay awake at night worrying about the population of 70 million. I’m happy to live in a multicultural society” — reassuring words from a man who at one time considered himself a Marxist and aligned with the extremist Communist Party of Great Britain.

Why should British families suffer at the hands of a corrupt government as a result of the failed multicultural social experiment?

The stark reality that foreigners who contribute nothing to the country and who end up in homes worth millions of pounds, will serve as a real blow to the white working class who have been betrayed, forgotten about and ignored by a corrupt party which promised twelve years ago to represent.

Personally I have never seen a Homeless Immigrant or Illegal Immigrant but I have seen plenty of our own people sleeping rough on the streets.
