At last Dr Hywel Francis MP Sits Up And Takes Notice.

Yesterday Linda and one of her many supporters held a meeting in the offices of Dr Hywel Francis MP, ( pictured above ) Linda's Member Of Parliament who also happens to be Chair of the  Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights.

Although I was not allowed into the meeting the following article is based on the extensive notes that were taken by James who was more than capable in offering support to Linda.

Is There No Level As to How Low Neath Port Talbot Council Will Not Stoop ?

Following on from the excellent work already having been undertaken by David Rees AM in at last getting the truth from Mr David Michael the Head Of Legal Services at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council who in a letter states " I can confirm that the papers in my possession do not indicate that the County Borough Council applied for Court Orders in the United States of America"Here  which only confirms categorically the fact that Linda's daughter was indeed kidnapped by Julie Rzezniczek and Alison Paisley of Neath Port Talbot Social Services. 

So Why Is David Johnston And His Colleagues Who Are Still Covering Up For Him Not In Jail ?

Firstly thanks to all of you who have read my previous article " Carwyn Jones Hides " HERE which covers the absolutely shameful and cowardly way in which the First Minister of Wales decided to handle the perfectly legitimate , reasonable and lawful request for the Welsh Assembly Government to hold a full an thorough investigation in to the treatment of Linda Lewis and the kidnapping and child trafficking of her daughter.

The long awaited reply from the Welsh Assembly Government First Minister Carwyn Jones in which Linda  required him to conduct a full and thorough investigation be undertaken into the kidnapping of her daughter by Neath Port Talbot Social services,

Well not exactly.

Let's Pray That 16 Years Of Hell Is Coming To An End.

It is 16 years today that Linda's daughter was kidnapped from her sick children's hospital bed in Florida.

Is There Light At The End Of The Tunnel ? We Certainly Hope So.

 

Following on from the excellent work that has been carried out on Linda's behalf by David Rees AM and the work that has been done by many of you worldwide in your efforts to get " Justice 4 Linda Lewis " dare I say that there must just be" Light At The End Of The Tunnel " ?

After literally thousand of emails, letters and press releases that have been sent to various members of the Welsh Assembly Government over the years (without reply) we finally have a reply that can only be construed as " positive".

In a letter received by Linda from David Rees AM dated the 18th of December 2013 written evidence from the Head Of Legal Services David Michael at Neath Port Talbot  County Borough Council confirms that they DO NOT have ( or ever have had ) any valid paper work that would have allowed them to remove Linda's daughter from her care from her sick children's hospital bed in America in 1998 either legally or lawfully. 

As Brian Gerrish expertly explains it HERE as a fraudulent passport was also illegally obtained  under a different name when removing Linda's daughter from America without any valid documentation then Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and The Welsh Assembly Government ARE guilty of the Kidnap and Trafficking of a Child.
