Reply To Email Received From Criminal Welsh Assembly Government

Below is an email that I have recently sent to Janet Martin of The Welsh Assembly Government in reply to her totally unexpected email that can be read by clicking HERE

Unfortunately her out of office auto reply states that she will not return to work until 14th May 2013 so it might take some time for her reply. 

Dear Janet Martin
.

Thank you for your recent email a copy of which is attached for your perusal.
.

Firstly I am at a loss to understand why you have contacted me as no email has been sent to you at any time either by myself or any other member of the team.
.

Please advise what have you been asked to reply too ?
.

I was unable to reply to you on the email address that you have previously used so I safely assume that you are the same Janet Martin that sent the email.
.

Since you have taken the time to contact me for reasons currently unknown please allow me to respond to the contents of the email you sent.
.

You state that " We have been satisfied that the local authority and other agencies involved have followed the correct procedures and handled the case properly. "
.

This is obviously untrue.
.

If the correct procedures had been followed and the case handled properly then surely input from the Mother should have been admitted which would have provided a fair and balanced conclusion which would have obviously resulted in a completely different out come to this case.

This did not happen. Why ?
.

Also any sort of serious investigation involving all parties would have allowed Linda Lewis and Penny Mellor to refute the completely fabricated and perjures evidence presented by Mr David Johnstone the then Welsh Inspector Of Social Services that was admitted into a private hearing of which Linda Lewis and Penny Mellor were completely unaware of !

At no time did Linda Lewis ever threaten to kill her daughter and herself.

Why was this never investigated and why hasn't David Johnstone been brought to justice for his fabricated evidence ?

I could go on for ever regarding this part of your statement but I do not need to as all the evidence backing up what I have said is already out in the public domain.

With regards to you saying that " The young person’s best interests have always remained the primary consideration " well that quite frankly is laughable.
.

Also out in the public domain are letters smuggled out to her mother,her family and a  judge from Linda's daughter begging to be allowed to go home.
.

A smuggled letter from Linda's daughter also states that the dreadful Julie Rzezniczek tells her that " She is never going home " before any court case had taken place regarding the childs custody.
.

Once again the list goes on !

" The young person’s best interests have always remained the primary consideration  ? " Are you sure ?
.

If as you say " the local authority and other agencies involved have followed the correct procedures and handled the case properly " then there most certainly must a paper trail of some sort to prove exactly what actions were taken at the time that you can provide us with.
.

Please advise how you wish to forward us this information.
.

Finally with regards to the illegal and unlawful injunction issued by Lord Justice Sumner KT in the family court that  injunction expired when the then minor became an adult.
.

As you correctly state Linda's daughter is now an adult which raises the very serious point as too why she was never returned too her mother as is standard procedure in child care cases when a minor becomes an adult.
.

It also raises another point that why are Neath Port Talbot Social Services still speaking on behalf of Linda's daughter who is now an adult ?
.
