Please note at the top of the second page of Cllr Davies letter he points out that the childs grandmother was taken to court and threatened with prison on the 16th of February 1998 even though the local authority knew on the 27th of January 1998 the location of Linda, her father and daughter.
The sooner they are all brought to justice the better.

If an elected councillor has put it in writing that the "Social Services" have acted wrongfully.
Why haven't the head of the Council made those Social worker's involved responsible.
At least This councillor seeems honest.
