On the 6th of June 2014 Linda Lewis and some members of her team entered a " Sworn Affidavit " and a " Notice of Void Orders " into Cardiff Court advising that New Evidence had come too light proving that all injunctions/ care orders previously made against Linda by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council had been based on fraud and serious criminal acts.
The Court and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council were given a deadline of 1500 on Friday 20th June 2014 to rebut in law the documents presented to them by Linda.
They were unable to do so.
This is clearly explained in the above video starting 26 minutes into the program and running for around 7 minutes.
Therefore in
Crane v Director of Public Prosecutions [1921]:
(i) if an order is void ab initio (from the beginning) then there is no real order of the Court.
This has now been clearly proven.
In law we now have irrefutable proof that serious criminal activities have taken place against and innocent mother and child by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council Social Services, The Welsh Assembly Government and others.

There are no restrictions or injunctions that can be claimed to prevent the truth about this case from going anywhere in the world by anyone or by any means.

And he operated within the law unlike the paedos with wigs we have today.

There are very strong feelings against children’s lives being messed about and ruined by those like Carwyn Jones – he has done nothing personally to me regarding what I went through with the loss of my child for no reason but as he is responsible and ignores me I have a bitter feeling that he is supporting the perverts in his circle of friends and deserves to be named and shamed for ignoring the issues which you have brought up with Linda Lewis and my own circumstances.
Hywel Francis is an embarrassment also he is working hand in hand with SS and Gwenda Thomas to steal as many children as they can get their grubby perverted hands on.
