Interview starts 52 minutes on covering updates on the " Justice 4 Linda Lewis Campaign ".
Three Commercial Liens have been successful with one more pending.
The South Wales Evening pressurised by outside agencies to take down online " Public Notice" advert after 8 hours even though these " Public Notices " did appear in the newspaper in print.
South Wales Evening Post refuse to say why online " Public Notices " and who demanded they take them down.
South Wales Evening Post breaks it's contract and refuses to give Linda Lewis a refund for the cost of he adverts even though the advert is a perfectly legal and lawful transaction.
All of this goes to show the depth of the on-going cover up and collusion between Neath Port Talbot Council and the criminals who supposedly have been elected to serve us, the people in the Welsh Assembly Government.

Apology and Retraction On 8th October 2013 the South Wales Evening Post published in this column some text referring to Mr. David Michael. The text had been authored by a third party and it had appeared to staff of the newspaper to be in the form of a legal notice. On investigating the matter we have found that the "notice" was not what it appeared. We wholeheartedly accept that the text published did not constitute a legal notice and, more importantly, that there is no basis, either in fact or in law, for the statements made in the text. This newspaper has tendered its most sincere apologies to Mr. Michael for the inadvertent publication of this text and the distress that this has caused. Mr. Michael has accepted that apology. Common Law procedures were based on the opportunity "to face your accuser or the injured party" in front of witnesses to sort out the problem directly. This process was never intended to include "lawyers, attorneys or judges construing their own law", as these "titles" are all based upon the fiction of "representation" which can never "be the real thing".
So why has the SWEP Editor taken instructions from the criminal David Michael ?

My ex girlfriend is a social worker, so is my sister...my ex girlfriend was put into a court after a week just after she qualified having no experience and was the expert social worker...
Just how corrupt, how far will these people go?
I agree with kevin edwards on common law affidavits and not statutory affidavits, this makes sense and its the road i took.

Her MP Hywel Francis is the parliamentary Chairman on Human Rights ......LOL

All duties and liabilities of the inhabitant of a county, shall be and become all duties and liabilities of the council of such county.
This act has not been repealed. get on it.

It is heart breaking i can't imagine what she's been through and still is!... It doesnt seem real that something like that can happen in this country but we live and learn... and it opens our eyes... and reading all the comments off others it does seem like she's got them by the bollox!
Good luck to Linda, i hope all this is over soon, no amount of money could make up for what they done..but it's some Justice i guess.

NPT -CBC must have a petition system in place.
It may be now or later the time to present a petition to the Council to investigate their social and legal service under the democratic powers available to elected councillors.
If they refuse to do then is it the view if not a fact that the council is run by corrupt officers rather than by elected councillors/cabinet?
