A Common Law Commercial Lien has been LAWFULLY established between myself, Linda Suzanne of the family Lewis, and the individual who accepts liability for the Name "Julie Rzezniczek", Head Of Improvement, Peoples Services, Herefordshire Council at address 168 Rhyddings Terrace, Brynmill, Swansea SA2 0DP, herein referred to as "the Tortfeaser". The reason for this Lien is that I have been the subject of a wrong (i.e. a tort) at the hands of the Tortfeaser, and my remedy IN LAW is to be able to place Lien on their property, until the wrong has been set aright. Thus I am LAWFULLY able to seize goods and assets that belong to the Tortfeaser, up to the amount of the Commercial Lien, which is £20,000,000 (Twenty Million Pounds Sterling). This Notice is to inform whomsoever may be concerned that the creditworthiness of this Tortfeaser is, henceforth, highly suspect, until the Lien lapses - or is, by some other means, removed.

SA13 1PJ at address 51 The Meadows, Cimla, Neath SA11 3XF, herein referred to as "the Tortfeaser". The reason for this Lien is that I have been the subject of a wrong (i.e. a tort) at the hands of the Tortfeaser, and my remedy IN LAW is to be able to place Lien on their property, until the wrong has been set aright. Thus I am LAWFULLY able to seize goods and assets that belong to the Tortfeaser, up to the amount of the Commercial Lien, which is £20,000,000 (Twenty Million Pounds Sterling). This Notice is to inform whomsoever may be concerned that the creditworthiness of this Tortfeaser is, henceforth, highly suspect, until the Lien lapses - or is, by some other means, removed.

It should also be noted that Linda has the same against David Johnston the former Welsh Assembly Government Inspector Of Social Services. The fact that he lives in Ipswich and works on the Isle Of Wight means that his Public Notice information will appear on different newspapers. I will put them in when they have been completed.

Well done Kevin, keep it up. You know who I am but I cannot use my real name as I am now on probation for previous activities against NPT and some of those individuals,after a false harassment claim, walked through by magistrates court, but well done on your efforts.

Yes you are correct. We have been aware that as from around 1630 today the advert has been removed from the Evening Post Website.
This is a clear breach of contract by the Evening Post who have accepted payment for these advertisements in full.
So who has put pressure on them for the perfectly legal an lawful Public Notices to be removed.
Of course the completely corrupt and criminal Neath Port Talbot Council springs to mind LOL.
They have a lot to lose as another £20 million Lien is awaiting the end of its thirty days to re butt period. The person involved is very senior in this Council. I am sure he doesn't want his name in the paper.
Or is it the Welsh Assembly Government in another attempt to keep the persecution of the innocent Lewis family on going while protecting the sickos in their own midst ?
Doesn't this just prove how guilty these people are.
Actually it's quite amusing in a very dark way.
The shit will hit the fan tomorrow when we try to get answers.

I read the Notice on the evening Post so proud of you and Linda.
There's no excuse what they done to linda and her daughter,about time they were all made to pay for their lies.
Well done Kevin you and Linda have got them on the run.
Many of you have contacted the team stating that the SWEP has taken down both Public Notices accepted by them under contract with Linda.
This is an email I received today as to why.

Reeks of cover up. What has happened here is far to big for them to stop.
