Why? have Neath Port Talbot Council aloud this to happen. If this woman Julie Rzezniczek kidnapped a child, then surely she should be aressted,by the police and locked in prison.

as when, for example, a paedophile or childabuser has been caught in a childrens home or school South Wales Police should now conduct one of their infamous "trawling" campaigns to find all the victims of Julie Rzezniczek's abuse.
Or would they uncover that some of their officers were involved? Conflict of interest perhaps?
Surley the Council should explain why Julie Rzezniczek left Child Protection they have a duty to the Public to do so.
