Bridgend Suicides." Justice 4 Linda Lewis. " Carwyn Jones. A Lesson From History.

Below is an article originally published in the Western Mail on the 20th of July 2009.

Personally for The First Minister Of Wales who is also the Elected Assembly Member for the town of Bridgend which has the HIGHEST NUMBER of teenage suicides in the UK to make a statement  regarding suicides of any kind deeply disturbing.

Or has the true agenda of the corrupt and rotten Welsh Assembly Government unwittingly been revealed as Carwyn Jones has avoided the Welsh Assembly sponsored suicides issue of young people within his own constituency for far too long ?

The article in full below. Source here

Carwyn Jones in favour of assisted suicide

THE most senior law officer in Wales – who is also the front-runner to succeed Rhodri Morgan as First Minister – has spoken out in favour of assisted suicide for the terminally ill.

Carwyn Jones, the Assembly Government’s Counsel General, has posted an entry on his personal blog in which he explores the issue in the light of the suicides in a Zurich clinic of conductor Sir Edward Downes and his wife, Joan.

The couple’s family said they decided to end their lives together after struggling with serious health problems. Lady Downes, 74, is understood to have been suffering with cancer while Sir Edward, 85, had become virtually blind and suffered loss of hearing, although he was not terminally ill.

In his blog, Mr Jones, pictured, the AM for Bridgend, said the story raised some important questions about medical ethics.

He wrote: “I’ve always taken the view that people who are terminally ill and in pain should be able to take their own lives if they want to and be helped to do so. I’ve never understood why people should be forced to be in pain. There have to be rules to guard against abuse however.

“Doctors sometimes have to maintain a balance between controlling a person’s pain through drugs and administering a fatal dose of painkiller to that person.

Are we really saying that in those circumstances it’s better that somebody should suffer pain so as to ensure that they are kept alive?

“In controlled circumstances I think assisted suicide is acceptable.

Although it’s illegal here I can’t imagine any jury actually convicting someone of the offence.

I would stress though it should be carefully regulated.

Opponents of assisted suicide often argue that it would lead to the elderly taking their own lives so as not to be a burden.

That is an extreme viewpoint though, and one which can be prevented by regulation.”

Mr Jones said the Downes case threw up a different question. “Lady Downes was terminally ill and only had weeks to live, but Sir Edward, though very infirm, was not.

Nevertheless he chose to take his own life at the same time as his wife. Should he have been allowed to do so?

“There is a sad comfort in the fact that they were together when they died and held each other’s hand when they did so. Perhaps only the hardest of hearts would have prevented them from doing that.

What troubles me though is that somebody who wasn’t terminally ill was helped to take their own life.

This raises the question of people who are infirm or chronically ill wanting to take their own lives so as not to be a burden.

“It seems to me that assisted suicide should only be permitted where: a) the person is in pain; and, b) that person is terminally ill. That would have meant that Sir Edward would not have died, depriving him of passing at the same time as his wife. It would also though have prevented a possible opening of the floodgates which the die hard opponents fear so much.

With many issues of ethics, a compromise is often the only sensible way forward.”

Mr Jones told the Western Mail: “This is a personal view, and of course the question of whether people should be prosecuted for assisting others to commit suicide is a non-devolved matter.

This is an entirely separate issue from the disturbing cases where young people living in the Bridgend county borough took their own lives, and it would be wrong to imply that there is any connection between that tragic situation and the question of assisted suicide in circumstances where people are terminally ill.”

With a proposed law on the verge of approval by the Belgium parliament would allow children to decide for themselves whether they should be euthanized (“killed”) by medical personnel. See here .

It is apparent that the abuse of children is and has been for a long time been high on the agenda of the sick and twisted individuals who masquerade as politicians who should be accountable to us within positions of public service.

The treatment of Linda Lewis' daughter by those in positions of authority more than proves this.

It is obvious to us that Carwyn Jones is one of, if not the MAIN MAN responsible for keeping " Justice 4 Linda Lewis " from being achieved.

Is it no wonder that he does not reply to any emails sent to him here .

Silence is a clear admission of guilt and a lot too hide.

More will follow very soon.

Additional Child Kidnappers Required. Money No Object. Social Services Budget Ringfenced. All Other Services Subject To Cuts.

The search for Social Workers to bolster Neath Port Talbot's struggling children's services is heading for Northern Ireland.

Recruiting high quality social work staff is one of the top priorities for interim social services director Nick Jarman — who admits the problem is that there aren't enough of them around.

But that won't stop a man with a proven track record as a social services trouble-shooter as well as director of social services departments in councils across England and Wales.

Last year the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales invoked serious concerns protocol over Neath Port Talbot Council children's services.

It ruled there had been a lack of progress addressing problems identified in earlier inspections.

Neath Port Talbot accepted the findings and agreed a series of key improvements to work towards over 12 months.

Recruiting and retaining social workers has been a critical issue.

Mr Jarman, previously interim director of schools, children's services and adult services at Cardiff Council, says the number of staff leaving has stabilised.

"There are two reasons for this. The most unattractive thing for people is unmanageable caseloads," he said.

"My first priority was to undertake a sizing exercise to make sure the caseloads were within the benchmark level you would expect in a council with a socioeconomic context like this.

"The second point is that the workforce needs to feel secure, and they will feel secure when they see the scaffolding being put into place — the improvements in quality, recruitment and supervision.

"When they see this being put into place they will feel much more secure. They will feel better about themselves and the organisation. I don't want anyone leaving in the evening feeling like they cannot face tomorrow."

Recruiting good quality social workers for children's services was difficult, he said, simply because there were not enough of them around. That meant Neath Port Talbot had to compete with every other council for them.

"We are recruiting 15 principal social workers.

These are very highly skilled social workers who would otherwise go into management but who will retain front-line practice leadership role and be paid what they would be paid as a manager.

"That recruitment programme has just been completed. We have also had a recent campaign to recruit additional social workers.

"We will end up after this with a vacancy fill of between nine and 11, which is no higher proportionately than any other council in England and Wales.

"Our social worker complement is about 60 so nine is ok. But we need to fill that gap and we will fill above it if necessary.

"We are going out for another trawl."

We will be advertising nationally and particularly in Northern Ireland, where there are more qualified social workers than there are jobs.

"There are some really good quality social workers there, who can fly here and back easily through Cardiff Airport.

It's a bit like painting the Forth Bridge — we have to keep recruiting."

Another issue has been the high number of referrals, which can come from health agencies, the police, GPs and others.

"The number has increased across the country. That is a fact of life but we have to ensure we have a manageable situation and there are two things that are very important.

"One is to put in place excellent early intervention and prevention services.

"These services pick up families that are going to be problematic or in trouble at the very earliest opportunity, working with health visitors, midwives, GPs and partner services, particularly around parenting, domestic violence and substance misuse.

"But particularly it is around parenting and enabling parents to be able to bring their children up without harm and without neglect.

"If we get that right we will find we will have fewer referrals because we will stop these things before they escalate into very high cost-intensive services, which is what is happening here at the moment.

"It's about the number of looked-after children, which is three times the national average, so the answer is to get this early intervention and prevention.

"Our number one priority is keeping children safe and protecting them from harm, and preventing neglect."

The second important factor, he said, was the way the council dealt with referrals, which until now could have been made to any one of the council's community-based teams.

"That is an old fashioned way of doing things. What we have done in the last few months is set up a common access point (Cap) in Neath, which has a hand-picked, specially-recruited team of social workers, led by a very able manager, that triages every contact as it comes in.

"Things are then sent to the right place whether it's a child in need case, child protection, no further action or signposting them to another service.

"Referrals are processed instantly and dealt with safely and properly.

"We are having a health visitor co-located there. She has joined the team so we have health colleagues there, and in due course we are going to have the police public protection team in there as well as most referrals come from the police.

"We have to prevent cases coming in that shouldn't be in the system and clogging it up.This will speed up the efficiency and responsiveness of our children's services."

End

Don't forget " Child Kidnapping By The State " Is a £20 Billion a year industry.

Neath Port Talbot by paying ordinary Social Workers management salaries are making a shrewd financial investment.

The more children taken = The more revenue earned !

Not all Social Workers are bad.

This explains the high turnover of staff within Neath Port Talbot. Many have consciences. Many have children of their own.

As usual my thanks for all the information that we receive on a regular basis from within Social Services that allows us to paint a true picture of what is really happening within the Councils " Child Snatching " department.

Nearly 5 Years Later And Still NPT Council Cannot Come Clean And Neither Can The Corrupt South Wales Evening Post

The article below is a straight copy and paste from  the following link which can be viewed by clicking HERE  from the rotten and corrupt South Wales Evening Post dated  Tuesday, October 28, 2008.

Personally I took a lot of stick and abuse from so called colleagues around me when I decided totally to expose the corruption in this case and would not back down.

But it always was the right thing to do.

I was threatened by agents representing the Welsh Assembly Government and Neath Port Talbot Council over a  lengthy period and my life was threatened on several occasions.

Here is the article.

Calls for truth in custody 'kidnap'

PRESSURE is mounting on council bosses to come clean over shocking allegations into the way a child custody case was handled.

Opposition leaders in Neath Port Talbot say councillors have been kept in the dark over the matter and have made a united call for the truth to come out.

One of them, Independent party leader Andrew Tutton, said: "Councillors should be informed as to what is going on.

"These are serious allegations and, for clarity and people's peace of mind, members of the public are entitled to answers."

It has been claimed that a girl was kidnapped by police and social workers while in hospital abroad, and her grandfather was threatened at gunpoint.

She was then said to have been flown back to Britain using a false passport.

It was also alleged that the youngster was diagnosed with a medical condition while overseas after doctors in this country said there was nothing wrong with her.

The authority refused to comment on the claims after its lawyers took out an injunction last week at the High Court of Justice, forcing the allegations to be taken off the British National Party website.

Opposition leaders however have since distanced themselves from the legal action and Evening Post readers have flooded the website urging openness from the authority.

The Liberal Democrats, Plaid and the Neath Port Talbot Independent Party are urging the council's leadership to inform elected members and the general public what did happen immediately.

They want officers to explain their action and bosses to break their silence.

Lib Dem Coedffranc North councillor Keith Davies said it was up to the authority to rubbish the claims.

"Before the council went to court, only one elected member had any knowledge of this injunction," said Mr Davies.

"We would wish to make it clear that no councillor nor any committee of council has discussed or passed a resolution in connection with these matters.

"As elected members, we do not wish to be associated with the injunction.

"They were not done in our name. We do not wish to be associated with this injunction

"If it's been taken out because of an on-going investigation that's fine, but if not then they have to explain why.

"I cannot see any other legal reason for them taking it out. All we want to see is the truth come out.

"Surely the leader will now open the way for an open and transparent conversation."

Plaid's leader on Neath Port Talbot Council Del Morgan said: "I would hope that council officers would inform all members urgently as to exactly what's happened and give councillors the explanation so that they can understand the background to this."

Council social services boss Colin Preece pointed out the issues were historical and referred to a case 'fully scrutinised by the High Court' more than 10 years ago.

"The High Court continues to consider that identities should be protected," he said.

"By reason of the terms of the injunction, local authority officers are unable to disclose further details in this matter.

"Senior local authority officers are satisfied that the matter has been properly considered and decided by the High Court both historically and at the present time."

End

Okay this a fairly open article by the South Wales Evening Post and is nearly accurate that could sell them a few newspapers.

But they did not count on this, The Truth coming out.

Obviously the South Wales Evening Post expected this to all go away. They needed it too.

They were wrong.

They are criminally involved in allowing Neath Port Talbot Social Services  to create a false scenario of a missing child in peril see HERE and  HERE and HERE and HERE

Their shame has no boundary.

Finally for those of you who are awake.

Did you know that Cathy Duncan the acting Editor of the South Wales Evening Post is a Common Purpose Graduate ?

Euthanasia for children nears approval by Belgian Parliament

Doctors to mass-euthanize children and Alzheimer’s patients

A proposed law on the verge of approval by the Belgium parliament would allow children to decide for themselves whether they should be euthanized (“killed”) by medical personnel.

Currently, Belgian law limits euthanasia to persons 18 and older, but with the rise of autistic children thanks to biopesticides, GMOs and vaccines, nations are increasingly trying to figure out what to do with all these children who have been permanently damaged by the medical and biotech industries.

The answer, of course, is to simply kill them.

It’s difficult to kill children off under current law without being charged with murder, however. So this proposed new law would allow doctors to decide whether children of any age (yes, even a five-year-old) can, themselves, “consent” to being euthanized without parental consent.

Not surprisingly, the bill was introduced by the socialist party, since socialists tend to hate humanity no matter what country they live in.

The proposed legislation calls for, “the law to be extended to minors if they are capable of discernment or affected by an incurable illness or suffering that we cannot alleviate,” reports AFP.

That story goes on to report, “Socialist Senator Philippe Mahoux, who helped draft the proposed changes, said there had been cases of adolescents who ‘had the capacity to decide’ their future.”

Because, of course, a six-year-old isn’t old enough to drive a car or buy a beer, but they can certainly consent to being killed by the state… especially if they’re already a burden on health care costs.

As the law proponents claim, it “marks a turning point in the nation’s approach to the rights of young people, some of whom would be able to choose to die if the law were to pass, even while still being legally barred from driving, marrying, voting or drinking liquor until they turned 18,” reports IBtimes.com

Alzheimer’s patients to also face euthanization under proposed law.

But wait, there’s more!

It’s not just children who will be euthanized under this new law, it’s also scores of Alzheimer’s patients.

“Parliamentarians would also consider extended mercy-killing to people suffering from Alzheimer’s-type illnesses,” said the socialist senator.

Euthanasia is, of course, the most convenient way for any government to get rid of people it doesn’t want to care for.

Instead of teaching the public how to prevent and reverse Alzheimer’s disease, the government simply passes a new law to murder them all while calling it “compassionate medicine.”

The age of mass murder by government is upon us.

It won’t be long before such laws spread to other nations and are expanded to people with “mental health problems” or even cancer.

While in theory the idea of euthanasia may have merit in a strictly limited scope, the truth is that governments are now jumping on the euthanasia bandwagon to provide attempted legal justification for the mass murder of children and senior citizens whom they no longer wish to support with health care expenditures.

Save the government from bankruptcy! Have grandma euthanized! (Right alongside little autistic Johnny, too…)

Governments, after all, are ultimately political machines of death and destruction, which explains why all the wars fought in the 20th century were started by governments, not the People.

War is simply another way to accomplish the mass killing that the twisted, demented people at the top of every government truly enjoy.

And there’s nothing more delicious to these power freaks than killing little children.

If you can take a five-year-old into a doctor’s office and pump his veins full of deadly chemicals while calling it a “mercy killing,” it’s almost erotic to these power-hungry control freaks.

Too bad the BBC’s Jimmy Savile isn’t still around, or he might even find something else to do with the children’s corpses afterward.

Sick? You bet it is.

We’re talking about the state-sponsored murder of children here.

There’s nothing polite about it.

You can also bet this will become the new way that governments dispose of autistic children and then claim rates of autism are “going down” because not as many children have it anymore. (Yeah, after they’ve all been euthanized.)

Governments, you see, will even resort to the mass murder of children to protect the vaccine industry.

And what is the vaccine industry other than a child-killing monstrosity to begin with?

That’s why the industry loves to run dangerous vaccine experiments on little children, too.

There’s nothing quite as rewarding to these vaccine pushers as seeing a high-IQ child turned into a drooling, screaming, zombified autism case in the hours after receiving a vaccine injection.

God help us all.

We are all being mass murdered by the fascist global state, and most of the population is too dumbed-down to realize what’s happening.

Investing In The Social Care Workforce ( LOL )

Gwenda Thomas, Deputy Minister for Social Services, has announced a grant of over £8 million to train social care workers in Wales.

The £8.16 million grant is part of a package worth £11.66 million for 2013-14. The Welsh Government provides 70 per cent of the total value of the social care workforce development programme with local authorities responsible for the remainder.

The programme aims to increase the take-up of training across the whole social care sector – including local authority services and commissioned social care services - and improve the quality and management of services. The funding is in addition to employers’ own training resources.

The Deputy Minister said,

“We need to ensure that people delivering front line care have the essential skills to carry out their roles to the best of their ability in line with our ambition to increase the status and profile of the social care workforce in Wales.

“I set out an ambitious and deliverable programme in Sustainable Social Services: A Framework for Action which I believe is improving provision of social services across the spectrum.

“This funding is a result of the Welsh Government’s commitment to raising standards of practice. We want to boost the esteem in which social work and social care is held in the public eye, recognising the good work that goes on and enabling us to recruit and train the best people.”

The Care Council for Wales recently announced it will spend £1.8m over the next six years on raising the standard of social work practice in Wales.

The money will be invested in new training to help social workers achieve greater professionalism and deliver the Welsh Government’s vision for citizen-centred services.

Their training will be aimed at experienced social workers, senior practitioners and consultant social workers.

Rhian Huws Williams, Chief Executive of the Care Council, said,

“Investment in the training and on-going development of social workers and social care workers is central to securing high-quality services.
The Care Council welcomes confirmation of this investment. Having the highest-quality, best-trained workforce is essential in delivering care and support across Wales.

"As the roles of social care workers and social workers change and become more complex, this investment is vital to ensure staff have the skills required to meet the needs of the most vulnerable people in Wales.”

Help Us Up The Pressure. Please Send A FOI Request On Behalf Of The Lewis Family.

For the many of you who actively support the " Justice 4 Linda Lewis Campaign " and the many more who are now aware of this case you all realise that a series of horrendous crimes have been committed by a corrupt, criminal and unaccountable Local Authority Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council against a deeply ill 12 year old girl,an innocent mother and a family who have suffered immense personal pain as a results of this Councils actions.

They need to be put on the spot once again.

Lets not forget that the reason that those responsible such as Julie Rzezniczek for the many, many criminal acts committed  have not been prosecuted is that they are protected by a corrupt system acting on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government who's interests do not allow this case to be exposed and taken into the criminal courts.

In a nutshell.

The Welsh Assembly Government are complicit and are the architects behind the guilty being allowed to remain at liberty while the innocent continue to suffer.

A recent letter sent to Linda Lewis from Steven Phillips The Chief Executive Of Neath Port Talbot Council is so full of holes it is laughable. I will publish it at a later date.

Please help the family by copy and pasting the text below and entering it into Neath Port Talbot Councils Freedom of Information Form which can be found by clicking HERE

Remember to enter your name and email address in order to receive your reply.

Freedom Of Information Request

To Whom It May Concern.

I refer to the ongoing " Justice 4 Linda Lewis Campaign " of which I am aware and have seen the evidence released.

In my opinion I am certain that this Local Authority has acted in a criminal manner on many issues by kidnapping the very sick daughter of Linda Lewis at gunpoint from her hospital bed in America to cover up for medical negligence in the UK and returning her to this country on a false passport and without proper documentation.

I also believe that the Welsh Assembly Government are complicit in the many crimes committed by yourselves by aiding and abetting a cover up that will not be allowed to go on for much longer.

I now give you the chance too prove me wrong by simply providing the following information to me by return email as attachments.

Please note that hiding behind unlawful injunctions will not suffice and will only serve to further enhance my belief that this Local Authority is indeed a criminal organisation that is avoiding prosecution.

1 Please provide the UK generated pick up order required by law that would have to be have issued before any extradition could lawfully take place from America.

2 Documentation proving that a Federal Court ( The only US Court that could approve an extradition ) was used during this process based on the documentation requested in section 1.

3 Letters from your Local Authority and The Welsh Assembly have consistently stated words to the following " We have been satisfied that the local authority and other agencies involved have followed the correct procedures and handled the case properly. The young person’s best interests have always remained the primary consideration."

If that is the case then obviously there is a paper trail and documentary evidence to that effect. Therefore please supply me with the following.

A - The names of all persons involved in the investigation who allegedly handled the case properly.

B - All documentation from all the investigations that lead your authority to accept the above conclusion.

I look forward to your reply within the customary 20 working days associated with a freedom of information act.
