Pressure point for children's services

Neath Port Talbot's children's services is facing problems of biblical proportions, scrutiny board members have warned.

The warning came as a scrutiny committee met to discuss an action plan drawn up to address issues in the council's provision of services for children and young people following an inspection by Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) last September.

Among the areas causing concern were the high turnover of staff, including the loss of experienced practitioners, reliance on agency staff, the high number of unallocated cases and high case loads for social workers. During the past year 18 social workers have quit — there are currently 98 on the books — and the average caseload per full-time equivalent social worker was 32.4 (as of March last year).

Around 1,700 children and young people are on the department's radar.

Co-opted scrutiny member, Ray Preece drew comparisons with the Bible by saying: "It's a nationwide problem. I think that Solomon would have a job sorting this out."

In particular Mr Preece, who is also a governor at Llangatwg School, expressed his concern over the pressures an increase in cases placed on staff, who are already turning their backs on the authority.

He sad: "I shudder when I think of one person having to deal with 30 cases. Let's do something whatever it is."

Another co-opted scrutiny member, Chris Adams, added: "These things have come up time and again over the years in scrutiny. We have been saying this for years. It is not going to get any better. No local authority can cope financially, the problem is just so enormous."

The council's director of social services, health and housing, Tony Clements, acknowledged his department faced challenging times but said he remained positive and pointed at plans already in place to spend around £1 million on the service.

He said: "The complexity and circumstances coming to us now is far more of a challenge than it was 10 to 15 years ago. It is absolutely clear that some of the issues around drugs and alcohol and mental health are having a decided impact on the requirements of the service and bringing children into care.

"It is a huge issue and a huge challenge. Money alone is not the solution we need to look at how best to target that increase and the way we make decisions."

Karen Jones, interim head of children and young people services, admitted: "People still working for us say that pressure is the main reason. The greatest cause is work load. I want to look at the staff who have left and the reason why. Pay is an issue but I don't think at the moment, from what staff are telling us, that it is the major issue, it is workload."

I find it deeply offensive that children are referred to as " on the departments radar."

What do they mean by this ?

Almost on a weekly basis myself and other organisations receive feedback from GOOD HONEST SOCIAL WORKERS who are sick and tired of what they are being asked to do and the way that Social Services operate.

Their conscience no longer allows them to be a part of it.

I know that Social Workers have left Neath Port Talbot in disgust at what is going on where they work.

The South Wales Evening Post and it's editor Spencer Feeney have for a long time covered up for Child Abuse locally in South Wales. Specifically the case of Linda Lewis.

Now I turn to Swansea City Council.

Why on earth would one of their representatives believed to be called Kevin Davies who is allegedly from Legal Services call the Samlet Club 2 hours before Brian's meeting was due to start to demand that the meeting be cancelled by stating quite falsely that " Brian Gerrish is a member of the Far Right National Front." I can only assume desperation on their part.

I am sure that Brian and his legal team and his newspaper the UK Column will be having a lot of fun with these jokers very shortly.

Two van loads of police were also transported in from Bridgend to keep the peace at tax payers expense.
.
Very encouragingly many of us spoke to them and they were all aware of who Brian Gerrish was and knew about the " Justice 4 Linda Lewis Campaign." Much encouragement was offered regarding Linda's case which backs up what is happening throughout the country.

Many good honest police officers are providing all of us with information on what is really going on.
.
The rank and file realise that their bosses in the force are not real policemen but politically appointed "Common Purpose" graduates who are quite happy to operate outside of the law.

Finally everyone's thanks go out to the Samlet Club for allowing the event to take place and in particular "Dai the Manager" who for three days had to fend off threatening phone calls from "scum" who desperately wanted this perfectly legal and peaceful meeting to be cancelled.

Enough pints were paid for by a grateful audience and put "on tap" to ensure that Dai will not be paying for a pint for a while.

Either way the picture is that of a bunch of degenerate criminals.

That is the only way to describe the sixty four Councillor's who currently represent the good people of Neath and Port Talbot County Borough Council.

The electorate deserve better and they deserve to know that these Councillor's are complicit in a crime.

The crime was the unlawful removal ( kidnapping ) by Julie Rzezniczek and Alison Paisley of Neath Port Talbot County Social Services who sadistically and at gunpoint using a false and illegal passport removed from her hospital bed Linda's 12 year old very sick daughter N@t*s*@ brought back to the UK and never returned to her loving family.

(An article will be published very soon showing evidence from Linda's daughters diary of the pain and suffering that Neath Port Talbot Social Services inflicted on this innocent 12 year old girl.)

This will be ongoing until election day is over and hopefully not one of these parasites will be re-elected to what is a thoroughly corrupt and discredited Council.

Selected Welsh Assembly Members who have covered up this crime from day one and those who will not act today will be faced by mass demonstrations outside their constituency offices as they hold their surgeries.

MP's will face the same.

Derek Vaughan MEP former leader of the Council will not be immune.

Neath Port Talbot Council and Social Services will not know what hit them.

We have the numbers and we have the will.

There will be no compromise.

BRITAIN FIRST WALES SCORES IMPRESSIVE VICTORY

As a result of a press release from Britain First Wales and campaign pressure placed on the establishment by our branches there we have scored an impressive victory.

Julie Rzezniczek, along with Alison Paisley, was one of the two social workers from Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council Social Services who illegally removed Linda Lewis’ twelve-year-old daughter from her hospital bed in Florida where she was awaiting medical treatment.

Every press outlet, local radio station as well as every member of the Welsh Assembly Government and Member of Parliament in Wales has been advised of this crime through the Britain First press release.

As is normal in any ‘cover up’ instigated by those in authority who constantly abuse their positions and power, not one reply has been received.

It is standard practice by the ‘guilty elite’ not to reply to and ignore issues that expose their true agenda and the crimes that they commit.

Make no mistake, the removal of Julie Rzezniczek as Neath Port Talbot Council’s head of children’s services is a direct result of the constant pressure that many campaign groups (such as Britain First) and strong willed, principled individuals like yourselves have created.

Liberal Democrat Councillors Frank Little and Keith Davies " what's the score ?"

The article and the comments give a strong insight into the reluctance of the two Liberal Democrat Councillors Frank Little and Keith Davies who many of us think for all intents and purposes have falsely given the impression of helping Linda Lewis,her daughter and family in their fight for justice.

As usual I will make no comment on Councillor Little's customary "pompous rant" and pathetic attempt at political point scoring but I will comment on his fear of losing his last pair of cuff-links. What a coward. What a "Cop Out !"

Another interesting point from the above article is his willingness to sit down with the then head of children's services the disgraced Julie Rzezniczek.

Councillor Little along with Councillor Keith Davies had already been shown evidence by the Lewis family of the role played by Julie Rzezniczek in kidnapping N*t*s*a from her hospital bed in America at gunpoint. Personally I would not like to be in the same room as such a creature but then I'm not Frank Little am I.

So that was 2008. In a nutshell Councillor Little was happy and content to cower behind an " Illegal Injunction " to preserve his last pair of cuff-links.

Moving forward to 2012.

At the risk of a " Penal Sentence " to myself I am proud to have broken this totally " illegal injunction " click here

You would have thought that such "principled" Councillor's as Little and Davies would have donned their "Yellow Capes and Cleggy Armbands " and flown to the rescue of Linda Lewis by taking their Council to task,drumming up support from fellow Councillor's,making press releases and alerting Kirsty Williams and Nick Clegg with full details of the dreadful crime that their Council has committed.

Well actually no.

Over on the local Lib Dem website many comments have been left by loyal supporters of Linda questioning their commitment in helping her and what they now intend to do that the "Illegal Injunction" has been broken.

As a group we all find the lack of action by these two so called principled Councillor's deeply disappointing and disturbing and wonder what the true motive really was behind their involvement in Linda's case.

Finally with regard to Frank Little's " hand-wringing " over me having broken the "Illegal Injunction" does this now leave both these Councillor's in a place where they would rather not be then may I remind them both over one of their own John Hemmings MP.

Mr Hemmings has broken a few injunctions in his time but I do not hear you criticise him.

As a result Mr Hemmings asked me if I would be interested in assisting him as part of his office staff. An offer that I politely declined.

It is now time for both Liberal Democrat Councillor's Frank Little and Keith Davies to publicly state whether they are 100% behind the " Justice 4 Linda Lewis Campaign " or wish to walk away.

Sitting on the fence quite simply is no longer an option for them.

They need to let us know exactly where they stand.

That is why I have emailed this article on behalf of the group to them both and hope that they will have the courtesy to reply.

Recently, Britain First launched a political wing in the form of the
‘National People’s Party’.

The constitution of the National People’s Party was a joint effort from the whole Britain First management team, and allowed for a unique mix of leadership and accountability.

It was also decided at the time that the constitution of the National People’s Party will become the ‘rulebook’ for the entire Britain First movement, and as such its provisions will be gradually rolled out.

The first step in this process was the launch of the ‘Standing Committee’, the highest executive body contained in the constitution of the National People’s Party.

The very first meeting of the Britain First/NPP ‘Standing Committee’ took place last night, and several important decisions were agreed.

Firstly, it was unanimously agreed – after much lively discussion – that the Britain Firstmovement would not stand formal candidates in the May elections, but our members must be prompted to stand at local level as independents.

All present were of the view that the movement must continue to develop and grow without the possible demoralising effects of bad election results.

Other items discussed were campaigns and activities, the role of meetings in growth and recruitment, and an expansion of the ‘Britain First Servicemen’s Association’.

The ‘Standing Committee’ will meet once per month to discuss the orientation and direction of the movement.

The members of the ‘Standing Committee’ are as follows:

THE ‘STANDING COMMITTEE’

The “Standing Committee” is tasked with the direction of the Organisation and running all its affairs.

The Standing Committee can meet as often as required, but at a minimum of once every 12 weeks.

For ordinary meetings of the Standing Committee, a quorum of 60 percent is required.

The Standing Committee will be elected by the Annual General Meeting which shall take place once per year.

The Standing Committee may appoint or remove Branch Coordinators as they see fit for the benefit of the Organisation, subject to the approval of the Chairman.

Then there is the systematic, organised " Grooming of young white girls "by organised Muslim pedophile gangs throughout Britain.

One of the most harrowing cases is that of Charlene Downes:

Gradwell said girls were long “passed around like toys for sexual gratification” but officers could not do anything to stop it as investigations were blocked over political concerns.

At that time I and many others had seen Nigel,David Michael and others "squirm and lie" in a corrupt court that was held in Cardiff. We all knew that they were terrified of the truth coming out.

Quite simply I wanted to find out just how desperate and to what lengths they would go to keep their and others illegal actions over the "unlawful removal or kidnapping" of Linda's daughter by their own Social Workers out of the public domain.

Which raises a couple of very important questions.

I have exposed the evidence Nigel that proves everything your Council has done to Linda,her family and her daughter is illegal.

So why are you not "in the process of preparing Committal Proceedings against me" at present ?

For Use/Application When/If you receive a personal visit from a representative of the TV Licensing Authority - AND NOT BEFORE –

You should warmly invite the representative of the Authority into your home, and conduct him/her to a comfortable chair from which he/she can easily see your television, whilst holding a cup of tea/coffee etc that you have provided.
NB. Your Visitor will be totally unaccustomed to warmth of reception &/or hospitality – and the move of making him/her entirely comfortable with you SHOULD serve to provide you with ‘The High Ground’ that is necessary for you to conduct the ongoing exercise.

PLEASE ARRANGE TO TAKE A FULL RECORDING OF ALL ONGOING CONVERSATION – HAVING ADVISED YOUR VISITOR THAT THE TAPE-MACHINE IS SWITCHED ON AND THAT THE CONTENT OF THE TAPE WILL BE PRODUCED IN EVIDENCE, AS NECESSARY.
At this point, YOU MUST TAKE A FULL COPY OF THE IDENTITY CARD THAT HE/SHE IS REQUIRED TO CARRY AT ALL TIMES, whilst explaining to him/her that you need a copy of the card for your own legal file, AND FOR ALL PURPOSES OF IDENTIFYING HIM/HER WHEN YOU ARE APPLYING TO THE COURT FOR WITNESS ORDERS.

NB. A demonstration of several different channels may be both useful & necessary, because it is unlikely that your visitor will belong to an intelligent species!
When you are satisfied that your visitor is fully aware of the fact that you are using (and have demonstrated to him/her) an operational TV set, you should then advise your visitor, as follows –
Has he/she considered the great possibility that he/she is now being called upon to act as an accomplice to Treason?

You advise him/her that a Senior Official of the BBC has openly-confessed that the BBC has wilfully committed a most deliberate Act of Treason Against the Crown, and that the taped evidence of this confession now exists and will be produced to the Courts, as necessary.

In view of this information, the legal responsibility to withhold from the BBC ALL funds and ALL co-operation of any kind, is now imposed upon you, for the foreseeable future.
Once again, the evidence in support of your claim will be provided to the Courts, as necessary and in due time.

NB. Provide your visitor with no detailed information in re a) & b) because the burden of establishing all/any allegations made against you is a matter for him/her, and not a matter for you!

If he/she conducts a full and diligent investigation into your allegations for himself/herself, then he/she will find confirmation of your Statements for himself/herself – and will then find that he.she is unwilling to proceed against you.

On the other hand, if he/she fails to investigate your claims in full, then the evidence placed before the Courts will serve to demonstrate that he/she has failed to conduct a full and necessary investigation, before bringing the issues to trial.
Finally, and in an attempt to be helpful to him/her, you can tell him/her that investigations into the management of the BBC have revealed that the BBC has been receiving massive payments from the European Union, in breach of the funding provisions made by the Royal Charter.
You should advise your visitor that there are many other breaches to the Charter, of course, but you think it fair to bring this particular breach to his/her attention, because this particular breach represents yet another action in support of the treason against the Crown, to which you have previously referred!
He/she is already on notice that he/she is to be called as a witness at any Court Proceedings, and within your conversation you can gently make him/her aware of the fact that he/she would be very wise to investigate the substance of your allegations before things are allowed to get that far!
All in all, your visitor should be invited to write to the BBC himself/ herself, asking for detailed comment and guidance on the points that you have made – Just to keep himself/herself on the right side of the law (by demon-strating in written form that he/she is innocent of any intended collaboration With Traitors & Criminals).
Needless to say, you would like a copy of any such letter, for your own Legal file.(He/She will refuse to provide any such copy, but the tape - Recording will serve to confirm your request).
In the meantime, you look forward to a further meeting with him/her, at which time he/she will be able to report on progress, and take the matter forward, as necessary.

(This part of the tape will serve to emphasise that YOU have no intention of running away from the fight – and that YOU are concerned to see the issues resolved!)

The issues are clearly very important to all concerned, and your visitor Must be assured of your utmost co-operation in making sure that these issues are properly and lawfully resolved.

Further proof that Neath Port Talbot Social Services are out of control. Welsh Assembly Member expresses concern about the safety of children's services in Neath Port Talbot

The Welsh Liberal Democrat Assembly Member for South Wales West, Peter Black, has called on the Deputy Minister for Social Services, Gwenda Thomas to closely monitor children's services in Neath Port Talbot following the publication of a highly critical inspection report.

Although the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales said that there had been improvements in the Council's children and young people's service, they identified a number of factors which they said 'impact on the authority's ability to provide a safe, high quality responsive service.'

These factors include the loss of experienced practitioners, a continuing high turnover of staff, the reliance on agency staff, high case loads for social workers, an increase in the volume and complexity of referrals, and inconsistent case recording.

The inspectorate concluded: 'Taken together these factors pose a significant risk in respect of ensuring the welfare and safety of children in the authority.'

Mr Black said: "I am very concerned about this report and the picture it paints of the way that Neath Port Talbot Children's Services operates. I have dealt with a constituent recently, whose experience of working with Neath Port Talbot's Childrens' Services raised many questions about how that section operates, its processes and the way that they manage risk.

In fact I was so concerned that I met with the Deputy Minister to ask her to intervene. I know too that there have been a number of serious case reviews that also ask serious questions of the department.

"I will now be seeking assurances that there will be much closer monitoring of the weaknesses identified by this report and that a further inspection is held within the next 12 months so as to confirm improvements are continuing to be made.

The Welsh Government must not rule out a direct intervention if things do not improve."

Fairy tales are for children and a successful nationalist party is nothing more than a ripping yarn. Right now our people need men and women of action, not dreamers or those who hide behind a ballot box.

To those that deny my patriotic credentials and who declare that despite my well publicised service to my country, faith and people during the troubles in NI and who dismiss the Ulster conflict as “nothing to do with US (British)" I say GROW UP!

Because what we had here in Ulster, is nothing to what England is facing! The Ulster conflict was far more than a sectarian one, as most sensible people know, but at least I was involved in defending this part of our nation against those who wished to destroy it and those who murdered our people and troops.

Where were the present nationalist leaders and legions of super Brit web warrior patriots during all those years? During which time we saw outrage after outrage, not only here in Ulster but in Birmingham, Guildford, London, and Brighton. I know many nationalists supported us in spirit but the reality was that out of 60,000,000 Brits, we in Ulster stood alone, AGAIN!

As a young man I did my bit against the enemies of my people and paid a heavy price as did my wife and family.

Now I am deeply involved in cross community work to secure the peace between the two proud traditions here. Both communities were victims of state dogma, abuse and the elite’s greed. I have seen many fine young men from both sides sacrifice their lives for what they thought was right and would do anything to prevent such a thing kicking off again amongst our people (for the Irish are our people).

It is infantile in the extreme to read and hear so called Brit nationalists question my patriotic credentials when many of them have never so much broke wind in anger against the enemies of our nation!

Therefore, it is no surprise to me that many of these same "So Called" Nationalists refuse to man up and face the current realities facing our people in the next few years but instead seek to cover their inaction and dereliction of duty under the perennial cloak of electoral politics.

Maybe they do this to assuage their conscience at not being bold enough to actually get off their rumps and to plan for the future nightmare that we all know is coming?

To those who are still living in the fantasy world of the electoral system and think that, because Britain First constantly offers the hand of friendship to all patriotic groups we must need their support, I say very plainly: the reality is this, BF are attracting over 200 new, paid up members every month as well as several thousand supporters each month on line.

We are on target to sweep past the BNP in membership terms early in the New Year and we already have a professional mail room, print facilities, professional call centre, design facilities and admin structure, as well as the experienced (in the real world) people who can and do produce the goods.

These are real and tangible attributes and they are the very things that one needs in the real world to establish any kind of credible and functioning (outside the virtual world of the web) organisation.

Solid policies, purity of direction and fine words or stoic ideals and all that , will not build a group, no matter how noble your cause. We are more than happy to be ‘on side’ with ALLdecent nationalists but we won’t be dancing to anyone’s tune; we don’t need to and have no desire to either.

However, it is conducive to our struggle to foster good relations between all honest and sincere patriots, that’s all. If some individuals still harbour personal grudges based on half truths, misconceptions and downright lies, then we can only wish them well on their journey to wherever they may be heading.

It appears that still too many nationalists are locked into the 60 year old proven fantasy that a nationalist party can take power!!!

We have at best, 20 years before WE will have OUR very own English 'ULSTER', a sectarian or (race) war raging on our streets, Islam is not a race so technically, it will be a sectarian war.

Therefore, while some delusional dreamers and cranks may be content to dream away our children’s chance of survival; Britain First chooses to prepare for their survival.

When the inevitable demographic tsunami hits, I hope our critics remember this article and I hope their children can forgive those of our generation who wasted the short years we have left in pursuit of a childish political fantasy and short sighted strategies that can only end in derisory results and further fragmentation of our people.

There is a war coming my friends, surely you can sense it or feel it in your heart at night when all is quiet in your home or when you wake up and see the news channels flicker and hear the familiar “Allahu Akbar” cry from some conflict engulfed corner of the globe? How long my friend before that Islamic war cry echoes across your rooftop bringing with it the Tsunami of destruction that now grows quietly within every town and housing estate across this land?

I implore everyone with eyes to see and ears to hear: For the love of God wake up and prepare!

Playing Politics in the rigged state system will go nowhere, never did and never will! Are you as blind as not to see the near future, the rivers of blood will be a reality yet some insist on forming micro parties to do what exactly? Use up our children’s survival time?

Forgive me if I sound dismissive of all this talk of ‘new parties’ and electoral success’. I not only dismiss it as dangerous delusional nonsense but I am deeply disturbed by the lack of urgency and absence of any real grasp of the true scale of the dangers our people will face within a very short timeframe. Talk about fiddling while Rome burns??? It borders on the criminal or the insane!

Perhaps the future realities are just to horrific to face up to for many people, I can understand that but we have an absolute duty to work towards building a secure future for our people and a primeval responsibility towards the survival of our children.

As men, it is our primary task in life to protect our people, our wives, children, our communities and our British heritage won at so great a price by our forefathers.

It is now time some web warriors and armchair generals realised this and ‘manned up’. Am I urging patriots to take up arms?… no, not yet, it will fall to our brave sons to be forced to do this if they want to survive.

As we have the easy part for now, the very least we can do in our time, is to prepare the way for our warrior sons and we can do this now by building cohesive community structures that can educate our people and foster a sense of ‘oneness’ and mutual cooperation.

In short we need to rebuild our communities at grass roots level right across this land. I know this is boring, tedious work at times and lacks the ego boost an election campaign can bring, but in my opinion it is the only way to set down firm foundations our children can stand on in THEIR future fight to survive (and by then the ballot box will not even exist).

If my predictions for the future are wrong no one will be happier than me and at worst I will look a bit hysterical and silly. However, if the election obsessed current leaders and their followers are wrong, THEY will be guilty of condemning our children to certain destruction, death or assimilation!

Even if some of our children and grandchildren survive, it will be as serfs to an Islamic caliph state where the minarets regulate their days toil and the ancient peel of church bells will never again be heard over our once green and pleasant land.

The light in the jewel of our sceptred isle will have been extinguished and a thousand years of our people’s history will cease and the book of Albion will be closed forever. There will be no new chapter ever penned about our once proud Island race.. Ever again!

To the electioneers I say: You do what you want, Britain First will continue to plan and build for a secured future for our people and that’s what BF is all about…grown up realism and a desire to resist and survive and we will always assist any other patriotic group in this task, even those who currently despise or mock us.

BREAKING NEWS: EMMA WEST RELEASED!

Emma West appeared before Judge Warwick McKinnon in a closed hearing at Croydon Crown Court this morning and was released on bail.

This is a great victory for common sense, justice and also for the campaign run by Britain First to have Miss West released from prison.

The demonstration to be held this Saturday outside HMP Bronzefield has been formally called off.

Statement about a child

Aberavon and Neath Liberal Democrats make the following response to the recent press release by a far right political organisation:

It was established at a court hearing in Cardiff that an unauthorised act of removal of a minor took place in the United States, and that Councillor Keith Davies was unreasonably denied access to relevant files by officers of Neath Port Talbot county borough. Liberal Democrat members of the council made it clear that we dissociated ourselves from the council's actions then and subsequently. In view of the injunction which we understand still holds in relation to events in the United Kingdom, it would be irresponsible to go further. However, people should not be seduced into voting for a party, whose ethos is anything but democratic, which is flouting court orders and which is taking advantage of a hard case to its own ends.

Councillor Keith Davies and fellow Liberal Democrat council members remain ready to assist Linda Lewis at any time should she call on us to do so. Aberavon & Neath Liberal Democrats are committed to improvements in children's services in Neath Port Talbot.

Ok. I take it that you are admitting by this statement that Neath Port Talbot Council have acted illegally and did “kidnap” Linda’s daughter without proper documentation.

Well this quite simply means that your Council has acted illegally and you know it.

So what are you doing about it? Nothing at all.

I am sorry “Injunction, what injunction?” You know damn fine that ”No injunction can ever be taken out to cover up for criminal acts.” You know damn fine that this is the case here and you do nothing.

This was strongly denied on two occasions by Miss Penny Mellor.” Linda and Penny Mellor did not even know that this unlawful court was even taking place.

You know Linda and her family and you know what good people they are.

News just in that Emma West pleaded Not guilty at a court hearing in Croydon just a few hours ago. After an adjournment to discover why she had pleaded "Not Guilty" (because she is innocent and there was no crime) they have remanded her in custody for a further four weeks.

The case will now be heard on the 3rd of January. Merry Christmas Emma, hope your children are comfortable with social services.

Meanwhile, four moslem women who racially attacked a young white girl, ripping lumps of hair from her head before battering her unconscious have effectively walked free from court after scum bag, Judge Robert Brown told the unwanted enrichers from Somalia:

'This was ugly and reflects very badly on all four of you.
'Those who knock someone to the floor and kick them in the head can expect to go inside, but I'm going to suspend the sentence.'

Despite, the fact that the moslems screamed"Kill the White Slag", the Dhimmi Judge,Robert Brown, who will one day answer for this judgement, refused to charge them with racial aggravation and although he could have sentenced them to five years imprisonment, because the moslem women had been drinking and claimed that because of their religion, they were not used to its effects he would show leniency.

It would be easy to laugh at Chris Nsamba, founder of the African Space Research Programme.

For a start, his research centre is based in his back garden where there's not much evidence of the type of sophisticated tools and machinery I'd imagine you need for this kind of work.

When I was there, most of the engineers were equipped with just sandpaper and paint brushes.

They haven't even started work on the shuttle yet, at the moment it's more of a theoretical project.

I've got a jet engine on order so I'm planning to build a tunnel, put the engine at one end and when I throw a guy in, he'll float

They have begun to build an aircraft though, apparently to test their engineering skills before they begin work on a shuttle which they hope will send a Ugandan cosmonaut into space.

The plane they've built is sandwiched tightly, nose-to-tail, between two single-storey buildings which house Chris and his team. It is painted blue and white and has the Ugandan flag proudly displayed on the side of the cockpit.

It's far from complete, there's still no engine - just a pile of bricks to simulate weight, and a mass of wires hang out underneath.

But it still seems like quite an achievement and if this hadn't been a space programme I'd have been pretty impressed.

Chris believes that if his team is successful, this will still be the first aeroplane designed and built in Uganda.

Chris's team is made up of volunteers, mainly engineering students, and when I visited all of them were busy at work, each furiously rubbing away at the fuselage with sandpaper.

All except for one man whose job appeared to be to paint the same spot on top of the cockpit over and over again.

A lack of local facilities is hampering the project

I asked Chris how far away he thinks he is from his dream of sending a manned shuttle into orbit.

"Let me tell you", he replied, "building a space shuttle is a big job." He thinks he'll have it done in four to six years.

Standing in the garden, watching the team labouring away beneath a jackfruit tree, tarpaulin fence gently flapping in the breeze, I was fighting back cynicism pretty hard.

Uganda is not known to be a big player in space exploration.

In fact, Chris will need to certify the would-be cosmonauts himself as there's no-one else in the country able or qualified to do so.

He's even having to do the training himself.

His course draws heavily on his background as a student of astronomy - he's been teaching them how to calculate the distance between planets for example, telling them what the Karman line is, and educating them about the dangers of re-entry.

A lack of local facilities is hampering the project and I asked Chris how he plans to simulate zero gravity, for example, in Kampala.

"Easy" he said. "I've got a jet engine on order so I'm planning to build a tunnel, put the engine at one end and when I throw a guy in he'll float in a similar way to how he would in space."

Another challenge is finance.

A recent decision in the US to reduce funding to Nasa provoked a public outcry, yet the space agency will still receive many billions this year and next.

The African Space Research Programme relies on donations from its members, of whom there are 600 or so, mainly in Uganda. They'd need to give pretty generously for Chris's craft just to get off the ground, never mind make it into orbit.

So, it's easy to mock, and to dismiss Chris as a dreamer, and to say that an African space shuttle is a fantasy.

But many Ugandans feel differently, and they look with pride to the country's contribution to space exploration.

Until last month, the first black flight director at Nasa was Kwatsi Alibaruho, a Ugandan national.

The country's president has been known to refer to Alibaruho as an example of what his country's people are capable of achieving.

His father is an academic at a Ugandan university, and according to President Museveni the achievements of his son confound the world's view of Uganda as underdeveloped and backward.

Walking away from the African Space Research Programme, I had to feel some sneaking admiration for Chris's ambition, if not a great deal of confidence that Uganda's first manned space shuttle will be lifting off from Kampala within the decade.

It made me think of a line from a Robert Browning poem: "Ah, but a man's reach should exceed his grasp, or what's a heaven for?"

It is sick world we live in, where a young woman, driven to despair by living in an enriched area that has seen violent rioting and the only faces she sees are usually those of the colonisers, is refused bail on the spurious grounds of her "protection", whilst a couple who have been accused of raping a one month old child are released on bail.

Then again, Emma West did commit the vile crime of telling the truth and must be jailed and her children stolen from her whilst the couple who "allegedly" raped and battered a one month old baby have been released on bail on what the state no doubt considers a less serious charge.

It is believed the boy suffered a broken arm, collar bone, punctured lungs and fractures to every rib.

There were also a sexual injury and serious internal injuries suggesting rape, according to the Sun.

The baby boy currently battling to stay alive with the help of a life support machine.

By all accounts, the injuries on the baby were the worse that the doctors and the police involved in the case have ever seen but then again it was not a "racial" attack so I guess bail is fine in this sick world where we are ruled by madmen.

"Remanded in custody" a pleasant way of saying locked up.

Two child deprived of their mother and now in the hands of Social Services because their mother spoke the truth and said what many dare not say but actually think.

Emma West has been referred for “psychiatric” tests while being detained without bail.Two sickos who rape and physically abuse a 1 month old baby boy to the edge of it's life are free to walk the streets.

This raises the following question.

Who exactly are the mad people in Britain ?

Those who have caused the multiracial disaster without the authority, or consent of the British people or its victims?

I wonder how many of you read those horrifying comments left on YouTube and elsewhere, and I refer to the comments condemning and threatening Emma

Some of those comments were unspeakable.

I would not repeat them or describe the content of them, except to say that some of them contained threats of unnatural acts toward her child, her toddler son, and this in the most obscene language possible

Yes, Emma used some four-letter words, but those words are now heard everywhere in our popular entertainment, in our public squares, in our 'literature', and these words are uttered by 'ladies', old folks, and children nowadays.

Corrupt politicians and practisers of Common Purpose have worked mightily to make the formerly obscene words 'respectable,' and to remove all censure against those who used them publicly.

Of course they have.You in your apathy have let them.

But think about this: we now live in a world in which one can write or utter truly vile and shocking things, threats toward an innocent child and his mother, and face not even social disapproval -- yet a woman who speaks obvious truth ('you ain't English') is ''vile'' and deserving of losing her freedom and the custody of her own children.

Think about it.

These are measures instigated by "out and out madmen."

Perverted threats, the foulest and most insulting language is just fine -- but if you breathe one word against the 'protected victim groups' then you are 'vile' and a racist as well.

This is the measure of the political lunatics running our country from ALL the main political parties.

This state of things is unconscionable, and it should make us stop and think, again, of how upside-down things have become.

Evil truly is 'good' these days.

Having spoken to Linda and her family earlier today our mutual decision is that I now back down from fronting her case.

Better and stronger people than myself who we have worked with very closely will now assume overall control.

A new website will be set up in due course and the more thorough advice that these honest and trustworthy individuals will prove to be invaluable.

Of course I will continue to support Linda and her family and so will Britain First to the best of our ability.

A new direction requires new thought and greater strength than I could ever offer.

I still support Linda and her family in every way and will continue to work tirelessly for Linda, her daughter and her family.

Everyone has watched in amazement as the drama of the young, white, English mother, Emma West - now dubbed by the press as the ‘Racist Tram Lady’ - has unfolded into major media frenzy of ‘Brit bashing’.

What she said on that tram was harsh, coarse and very unladylike, no doubt about that, but what abuse had she been subjected to before the camera phone was switched on?

She should never have been flung in prison for mouthing off!

How many rioters have been released on bail recently?

How many murders, burglars and violent criminals have been released on early parole recently?

How many foreign criminals (including paedophiles and sex attackers) have been released recently because we can’t deport them?

We must also remember that Emma West is an English woman who recently watched her area, Croydon, being burned and looted by ethnic gangs a few months ago.

Is it any wonder she now resents those from the same ethnic background who caused so much destruction, pain and hardship to her area?

Many people in Croydon have been deeply disturbed by the riots and hundreds have received Post-Traumatic-Stress counselling - has Emma?

Locking this feisty English working class mother up in jail only reinforces the suspicion that if you are British, and working class, then you are a second class citizen in your own country.

This kind of frustration exhibits itself all over our country on a daily basis by native British people who are fed up of watching their country being colonised, bled dry and destroyed by people we never asked to come here in the first place.

The ‘multicultural experiment’ is not fair on anyone and needs careful addressing, not draconian penalties imposed on the victims who, after years of suffering, finally snap.

Emma West is a British VICTIM of the political elite’s forced mass immigration/colonisation policy.

Is it any surprise that some of our people simply will not take it anymore?

The political elite should take note: many long-suffering Brits don’t act like Emma but many are seething with resentment and while the elite can easily squash one poor English women’s act of desperation, they may struggle to deal with a nation of inflamed patriots who will do far more than spout a few choice words on a tram!

Locking up a mother in prison without bail because of something she said (and that no one, except the Transport Police, complained about, after seeing the video on You-Tube) brings shame on our nation, especially when we treat all manner of other criminals (including violent criminals) with kid gloves.

It also shows that being British, white, poor and female makes you an easy target for the PC fanatics. Well I say: NO MORE!

We want YOU to complain directly to the Home Secretary, right NOW!

We demand her immediate release from prison and an assurance of her personal safety while she remains in custody.

This action was also taken by David Johnston to help cover up for the serious medical negligence that Miss Lewis daughter was subjected to by doctors in the United Kingdom as well as his vested interest in protecting his own social services department.

Drinking water does not ease dehydration, the European Union has ruled – and anyone who disagrees faces two years in prison.

The decision – after three years of discussions – results from an attempt by two German academics to test EU advertising rules which set down when companies can claim their products reduce the risk of disease.

The academics asked for a ruling on a convoluted statement which, in short, claimed that water could reduce dehydration.

Dehydration is defined as a shortage of water in the body – but the European Food Standards Authority decided the statement could not be allowed.

The ruling, announced after a conference of 21 EU-appointed scientists in Parma and which means that bottled water companies cannot claim their product stops people’s bodies drying out, was given final approval this week by European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso.

Under British law, advertisers who make health claims that breach EU law can be prosecuted and face two years in jail.

The decision was being hailed as the daftest Brussels edict since the EU sent down laws on how bendy bananas should be.

‘It is a perfect example of what Brussels does best. Spend three years, with 20 separate pieces of correspondence before summoning 21 professors to Parma, where they decide with great solemnity that drinking water cannot be sold as a way to combat dehydration.’

He added: ‘Then they make this judgment law and make it clear that if anybody dares sell water claiming that it is effective against dehydration they could get into serious legal bother.

‘This makes the bendy banana law look positively sane.’

David Johnston fraudulently claimed that " suicide note " was found by a Miss Penny Mellor when visiting Linda's home. An accusation strenuously denied by Penny Mellor on two occasions.

What was also illegal about this court case was that Linda Lewis was unaware of it taking place. It was done covertly with the simple aim of entering false and damning evidence as a means of covering up for the medical negligence that Linda's daughter had suffered at the hands of the medical establishment.

If Linda or Penny Mellor had been there they would obviously have refuted David Johnston's "suicide note" claim and would have demanded to see the non existant evidence.

As far as David Johnston was concerned this could not be allowed to happen. The truth of his deceit had to be concealed.

What sort of man is David Johnston ?

Still Welsh Assembly Members, Neath Port Talbot Social Services, Hywel Francis MP and the Editor of The South Wales Evening Post Spencer Feeney still refuse to act and allow this deceit and illegality to continue to protect their own worthless and useless positions and careers.
